Dear Parents,

We hope all of you are keeping safe at your homes and pray that together we sail through these despondent times to see life back again on familiar track.

All of us have been greatly affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic and we have seen how it has had an equally strong impact on the educational system. With the mandatory closure of schools, teaching has shifted online to adapt to the growing need of the hour. In this scenario, the entire Sanskar team has been working round the clock over the past many weeks to prepare videos, presentations, worksheets and assignments to go hand-in-hand with the online streaming classes. Every single effort is being made by the school members to ensure smooth flow of teaching and learning, withstanding the constraints. In this, Google Meet has proven to be a convenient and safe platform for conducting classes, as experienced by the students and teachers alike. The online classes and reference material provided to the students should be made the most of till the Government declares the schools open once again.

The coming of students on a new teaching learning mode i.e. online has been exhausting for them and short break is needed to rejuvenate students will be given an academic break from 1st to 21st June 2020. During this time, there will be online classes to engage the students in creative pursuits and discourage boredom while sitting free at home. The young minds can attend interesting online classes dealing with Art, Dance, Music, Yoga, Cooking, Origami, Dramatics, etc. to build up their creative skills. The Time Plan for the same shall be shared with you in due time.

We also take this opportunity to thank all the parents for continuing to be highly considerate and supportive in accepting the changes that we have had to bring about lately to provide effective lessons to children at home. We are deeply indebted to you for the trust and faith you continue to show in us in such difficult times. We request further support from you to help us in paying regular salary to our tireless staff members through a timely fee deposit which is the main source of their salary payment. To this end, we have taken initiatives to create ease in making fee deposits through the following measures:

• School office will remain open on all working days from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M.
• The quarterly fee can be deposited through monthly installments.
• You may only pay Tuition Fee at the moment.
• No Late Fee will be charged for the first quarter.
• No transport fee for this duration.

We believe that the best way to deal with the current situation is by coming together and supporting each other with patience, hope, kindness and gratitude. We have all done well till now and have got this far through each other’s support and cooperation and we are sure we will continue to ride these rough times safely together by doing our best in the given situation.
