Dear Parents,

On these lines, we are excited and glad to welcome our dear students to school. We are looking forward to a productive partnership with you to ensure our children can achieve more in a safe environment.
Senior School students of Grades IX to XII have settled in well in the offline classes. Now it is time to bring in the Primary and Middle School students. We look forward to a new and safe beginning with the commencement of offline classes set to begin from
Monday, 27th September 2021.
Keeping the safety of our students on high priority, we assure our parent community of the safety protocols that are being followed in school.
Kindly note the below-mentioned guidelines to be followed at school:-
1. Arrival & departure time as well as brunch time will be staggered as a matter of precaution.
2. Students interested in availing transport facility must inform the school office or contact 8769088018 / 9887059069.
3. The school has made seating arrangement for 50% strength of the class in each classroom.
4. No student will be allowed to enter the school without a mask or Consent Letter from the parent.
5. All the students will have to bring their own water bottle, eatables, sanitizer, stationery, books, registers, etc.
6. It is advisable for the students to carry a personal safety kit which may have an extra mask, sanitizer, liquid soap and gloves.
7. The students will maintain social distancing in the school at all times.
8. The students will strictly follow all the rules, regulations and advisories the school will issue from time to time.
9. The student should not be sent to school if he /she is unwell.
10. The students will need to inform the school in case of showing any symptoms of Covid19 or in case of coming in contact with a positive person.
11. In case a child suffers from any comorbidity, it is advisable to speak to the doctor before making the child join school.
12. The school will be informed about travel history, if any. In case of travelling out of the city or being a part of any large gathering, the student must quarantine himself/ herself for minimum 5 days.
13. The students must give an emergency contact number on which the parent may be contacted in case the student starts feeling unwell during school hours.
14. Those students who prefer to continue studying online will be connected to the classroom teaching via Google Meet.
15. Sharing/exchanging of any stationary material/books is strictly prohibited.
16. Parents are requested to leave their wards at the school gate after which the school staff will take charge and guide them to their respective classrooms.
17. During dispersal time in the afternoon, you may collect your ward from the same place.
18. School timings:-
Pre-Primary- 9 a.m. to 12.noon
Grades I to V- 8:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Grades VI to XII- 8:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
*With 2 snack breaks in between.
