Dear Parents,
With regular school classes set to begin from 1st September 2021, it is important that your ward notes the below-mentioned instructions to be followed at school:
1. For students of classes IX and X, the entry will be from the front gate and the parking will be done in the front ground. In case of students of grades XI and XII, the entry will be from the back gate of the school and the parking will be done in the red building parking area.
2. Arrival & departure time as well as brunch time will be staggered as a matter of precaution.
The school timings will be:
• Grade IX & XI – 07:55 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Grade X & XII - 08:15 a.m. to 01:05 p.m.
Students must reach 10 minutes prior to the school timings.
3. Students interested in availing transport facility must inform at the school office.
4. The school has made seating arrangement of 50% strength of the class in each classroom.
5. No student will be allowed to enter the school without a mask or Consent Letter from the parent.
6. All the students will have to bring their own water bottle, eatables, sanitizer, stationery, books, registers, etc.
7. It is advisable for the students to carry a personal safety kit which may have an extra mask, sanitizer, liquid soap, gloves.
8. The students will maintain social distancing in the school at all times.
9. The boy students in the senior wing shall use the washrooms situated on the ground floor and the girl students shall use the washrooms situated on the first floor.
10. The students will strictly follow all rules, regulations and advisories the school will issue from time to time.
11. The student should not be sent to school if he /she is unwell.
12. The students will need to inform the school in case of showing any symptoms of Covid19 or in case of coming in contact with a positive person.
13. In case a child suffers from any comorbidity, it is advisable to speak to the doctor before making the child join school.
14. The school will be informed about travel history. In case of travelling out of the city or being a part of any large gathering, the student must quarantine himself/ herself for minimum 5 days.
15. The students must give an emergency contact number on which the parent may be contacted in case the student starts feeling unwell during school hours.
16. Those students who prefer to continue studying online will be connected to the classroom teaching via Google Meet.
